Good variety, slow support
I ordered a few Rare Mountain Dew Flavors and some Japanese Kit Kats. The selection was really impressive, I found some stuff I haven't seen anywhere else. Ordering was straightforward on their site. Delivery took 8 days to reach California, which felt a bit long for snacks, but they did arrive well-packaged, everything intact. I had a question about one of the Kit Kat flavors, sent an email to support, and it took almost 4 days to get a reply. The answer was helpful once it came, but the wait was a bit much. Quality of the snacks was spot on, fresh and as described. Just wish their customer service was a bit quicker.

Nice selection, high price
I grabbed an Exotic Mystery Box and some Imported Oreo Flavors. The mystery box was fun, had a good mix of sweet and savory items I hadn't tried before. The Oreos were exactly what I wanted. Shipping was okay, about 7 days to get to me in Texas. My main issue is the price; it feels a little steep for snacks, even rare ones. I understand the import costs, but it adds up quickly.
